Fairness Safeguards
Dismissals are never easy. However the manager should
take steps to make them fair.
Allow the employee to explain why he did,what he did.
Have a formal multistep procedure and an appeal
process.

important.
Dismissed employees who feel they have been treated
unfairly financially are more likely to sue.
