Negative Impacts of Globalization

Globalization has both positive and negative impacts. It has reduced wars but also led to overconsumption of resources, deforestation, global warming, and trade wars. Deforestation occurs as cities and industries are built by cutting trees. Global warming results from greenhouse gases emitted during industrialization, raising global temperatures. While trade has integrated economies, it has also given rise to trade wars as powerful nations impose tariffs and control weaker countries through loans. More sustainable practices are recommended, such as renewable energy, reforestation, reducing dependence on any single nation, and treating chemicals before dumping waste.

• Globalization has impacted negatively on the world specifically on
