 Amway is a business of people, , people is
your greatest resource.
 List down all the people you know. Do not
judge and determine if a person can or cannot
do the business
 How to write your name list?
Relatives All your relatives, close relatives,
distance relatives. Uncles, aunties,
cousins…..

Neighbours Previous and now

4. 3S ( Sharing, Sponsoring, Se
rvicing )
 This is the start of your Amway business, it is simple.
Do the same things to different people. Say the same
words to different people. As you do more, you will
become better and your business will grow.
 Do not be afraid, you know Amway better than your
prospects. We only tell people the facts. We give
people a choice to choose, the most they say no.
 Respect the prospect, do not pressure them. Of course
for people who cannot make decision, you can make
suggestions to help them decide.
 Not everyone will use Amway products or do the
business. If you get rejected, it is a normal thing. Think
about it, they did not reject you but Amway.
 Maybe they do not understand about Amway business or
products. If they say no now, it does not mean then will
say no in future. You have already planted a seed.
 Sharing or Sponsoring, need to find chance to do demo.
If you can’t find a chance to cut in, just be direct. Tell
them “ Can I waste a bit of your time to let you see
something which I like very much? You can just take a
look, not necessarily need to buy or do.
Sharing
 Sharing good products with friends, care for
friends, help friends to save money and strength.
 Products people need to use everyday, even if
they don’t use Amway toothpaste, they still
need to use X-brand. It is not asking them to
buy new products.
 100% product satisfaction guarantee or money
back. Your friends will not lose anything, we
can do it with dignity.
What to do during Sharing?
 AIDA:
 Attention: Use topics that they like to start, find
chance to talk about Amway, attract their attention.
 Interest: Do product demonstration to increase
their interest.
 Desire: Explain how the product will benefit him,
let him think he need, induce buying thoughts.
 Action: Ask questions on choices. Ask if they
would be willing to use, close the sale.
Sponsoring
 Share about how changing a brand can earn p
assive income. Work together to achieve dre
ams.
 Only small amount (Business kit is only $6
9). No pressure on sales. If want to quit,
can get back $69. Totally no risk.
 Show top quality products (do product demo)
. Through hardwork, can achieve 10 kinds of
income. Not a small business but can have u
nlimited potential. It is a big business.
Sponsoring
 Very fair business, not making use of friends:
 We don’t earn from Sponsoring
 Everyone starts from 0. Fair start point.

 If friends do not succeed, our income will not

increase.
 Success does not depend on who starts first but on
who is more hardworking. We can surpass our
sponsor.
 Use simple OPP. Use newspaper to support.
 Focus on the need, let the prospect
open up.
 Money
 Freedom
 Security (passive income, inheritable)
 Achieve dreams (travel, house, car, education
for children, charity, helping people)
 Friendship
 Amway uniqueness and long term
 Personal growth
 Belonging to a team
 Family Harmony
 After signing the form, ask the prospect to buy
products to try, warn about objections.
 If prospect does not join, respect the decision.
Leave a CD so that can meet the next time. Or
ask for referral.
Service and Follow-up
 Follow-up within 1-3 days the prospect join or customer
buys.
 Ask if they have started on products? Is it good? Care for the
person.
 Answers all questions. If cannot answer, ask your DD
immediately.
 Build relationship
 Talk about the future of Amway and how it will benefit us.
 Encourage, increase the person’s willingness. Willingness to do
the business.
 Talk about right concept, attitude and method.
Follow-up with New Downline
 Build confidence, awaken dreams, let him know t
hat he will be able to do it.
 Observe his reaction, try to make Amway as part
of life as possible, do not force only 1 way of
doing.
 Give materials, CDs, VCDs

 Always talk about successful people’s stories.

 Ask to introduce customers

 Invite to meetings

 Find out the need of the person

Follow-up with Customers
 Follow-up (Service) is - next sale, ask for
referrals, expand business.
 Even if customer only buy 1 product, we must
still do it well.
 Not many people will accept the first time they
hear about Amway. Patient with following will
have reward.
