Tips On Personal Hygiene
Health is wealth. One of the ways to be healthy is
to take care of our personal hygiene. How do we
do that? First, we should wash our hands before
and after eating. Next, we should wash our hands
after using the toilet. Then, we should wash our
body all over at least once a day. We should
remember to wash between our fingers and toes,
under the arms and behind the ears. Lastly, we
should wash the dirt away as soon as possible.
