Power System
 Power feed from BSES
– Existing 250 KW
– Applied for additional 750 KW (total capacity of 1 MW; time frame of 70 days
from date of confirmation)

 First Power backup - from three redundant HSD Fuel Based Generator
Sets.
– They generate power for all the commercial activities taking place over the
total 20,000 sq ft area. These three units are built on a redundant circuit for
usage with load sharing to generate electricity non-stop 24 hours a day.

 Current power UPS systems are built on 4 x 80 KVA units from

APC/Emerson in a redundant loop to run for full load 30 min mode in case
of a failure of the primary backup system. They provide clean conditioned
power to the racks.

Atmospheric Conditioning
 The Data Centre Facility is built with special units. In these special units we
use the Percision Tata Liebert/Emerson Systems in pairs of 12,9 and 6 TR
built on a full redundancy loop.

 Temperature maintained in the data centre is + 20 degrees Celsius

 The environment is controlled for atmospheric composition and is based on

bottom up airflow systems.

 The Data Centre Facility is isolated from the main facility’s 2 x 170 TR air
conditioning system. This system is hence utilized purely as a backup
option in case of a failure in the main system.

Security
 Fire Suppression has three levels of redundancy based on Gas Fired Systems,
Carbon Monoxide based systems and Water Sprinkler based systems.
 Floors as well as the ceiling are based on false flooring and ceiling where the wire
conduits and the fire protection systems are installed.
 Entire facility around the data centre is also equipped with a fire detection and
smoke alarm system
 The entire premise is monitored through CCTV system for 24X7 Security
Surveillance.
 General level security personnel available on 24 hour basis at all the entry and exit
points
 Non-employee entrance restricted to only one entry point
 Entry beyond Reception Lobby is permitted only with authorized employee presence
at all times
 Physical access to the Main Data Centre facility is protected through a Biometric
Finger-Print Scan facility with an added access card based authentication system.
