Math 4FUN Progress Report Summary

This progress report summarizes the results of a numeracy program for grades 2-6. It shows that initially 35% of students were numerates, 44% were nearly numerates, and 21% were non-numerates. The program was held daily from 4-4:30pm for each grade with their teacher adviser. Issues encountered were low attendance, which was addressed through home visits and incentives. After the program, post-test results showed 43% were numerates, 54% nearly numerates, and 3% non-numerates. It is recommended to continue mentoring slow learners until all reach a high order of thinking, as constant practice makes perfect but perfection is not achievable.

RECOMMENDATION
It is highly recommended that even
the duration of the program is finished,
mentoring of the slow learner should
be continue until every learner will
reach the High Order of Thinking.
Constant Practice Makes
Perfect,
but, Nobody is Perfect, so
Still, there are
Non-numerates.
