To Turn ON and Turn OFF Breaker

in Test Position.
Breaker key should be in unlock Must Ensure that the “Unlock
Positon as shown in figure as 2 before closing” should be fully
indication. unlocked as in below figure as
indiacation 1.
After satisfying the above
conditions,Turn ON the Breaker in
Test Position.
After Ensuring above preconditions Close the Breaker
from TNC switch.
Ensure the “Breaker On” Indication will
Glow.
To turn OFF the Breaker after Closing.
Select the TRIP position in “TNC Switch”
Ensure the “Breaker OFF” indication
will Glow.
To Rack in the Breaker in Service
Position
After satisfying preconditions,For racking-in “Breaker in Service”
use the handle as shown in Left figure and turn it in clockwise
direction until & unless Breaker in Service indication Glows as
shown in right figure.
After Ensuring above preconditions Close the Breaker
from TNC switch.
Ensure the “Breaker On” Indication will
Glow.
To turn OFF the Breaker after Closing.
Select the TRIP position in “TNC Switch”
Turning On the Breaker Manually
(In case of Emergency) in Test or in
Service Position.
Closing the Breaker in Test
Position Manually.
In Case of Emergency:-
To Close Breaker Manually when it is in test position.
1. To Close it manually Press 2 (i.e. shown in figure) and the breaker
Closes.
2. To Trip Breaker in manually press 1 (i.e. indicated in figure) which in
turn off the breaker.
TO RACK IN BREAKER INTO
SERVICE POSITION AND CLOSING
IT MANUALLY
After satisfying preconditions,For racking-in “Breaker in Service”
use the handle as shown in Left figure and turn it in clockwise
direction until & unless Breaker in Service indication Glows as
shown in right figure.
In Case of Emergency:-
To Close Breaker Manually when it is in Service position.
a. To Close it manually Press 2 (i.e. shown in figure) and the breaker Closes.
b. To Trip Breaker in manually press 1 (i.e. indicated in figure) which in turn off
the breaker.
