DDMM Hospital Management System Overview

This document describes a proposed computerized hospital management system for the DDMM Institute of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery. The current manual system has limitations like manually entering patient records, difficulty searching records, and inability to generate helpful reports for management. The new system will automate processes, allow easy data retrieval, and provide management reports to help with decision making. It will use Microsoft Access as the backend database and Visual Basic 6.0 for the frontend interface. The system aims to quickly access hospital information, have information always available, and provide quality data to management.

Conclusion
Firstly, as I developed this project I have
learned lots of experience about managing
large amount of information of any firm
which I would have missed.
Secondly, I came to know how practical
point of view system analysis and design is
done.
Lastly, the environment in the organization
was very co-operative and healthy, also our
project in-charge helped me a lot.
