• Event Manager- Responsible for managing events and ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered
to. Directs coordination of activities to prepare for the day of the event.
• Finance- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company such as payroll, invoicing and
other transactions.
• Sponsorship- Developing and maintaining a marketing plan for the sponsor program in order to meet
or exceed the overall business objectives.
• Marketing- Marketing executives aim to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that
match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas.
• Logistic- Organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to manage the
entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer
