Microscope
An instrument used to see
objects that are too small
to be seen by the naked
eye.
Rules of using a microscope
Always carry with 2 hands
Never touch the lenses with
your fingers.
Only use lens paper for cleaning
After using, rotate the
nosepiece to low power
objective, roll the stage down
to lowest level and rubber
band the cord,

How to use a microscope
•Place the slide on the stage
•Use stage clips to secure slide
•Adjust nosepiece to lowest setting
• (Lowest = shortest objective)
•Look into eyepiece
•Use coarse adjustment knob
•Use fine adjustment knob
