ACCESIBILITY PROVISIONS
A single shaft double pod capsule elevator is planned.
A staircase facing the same for both upgoing and down going human traffic.
A separate fire exit is planned given the recent rise in fire accidents and fatalities in the country.
These are complemented by two fire extinguishers on each floor.
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
The two basement floors are planned to accommodate vehicles.
Two ramps lead from the ground floor – one to each basement floor.
These are inclined at less than 15⁰ each – making for easy parking and conducive to traffic flow.
These are planned to be about 7m wide each.
This totals to about 35-40 cars that can be parked in the building.
The basement floor is provided with a retaining wall.
BUILDING UTILITY
A total of 35-40 cubicles for the refuge of working professionals is possible.
A cafeteria, water filters and 2m wide galleries are provided on all floors.
Storage rooms, dump rooms and server rooms are all planned and proven to be possible during initial discussions.
