Conclusion
A companies strategy whatever, however good it may be but its success
depends upon the quality and quantity of leaders it has . If a company fails to
put its right leaders at right place at right time the desired output will never
be achieved and would lead to disappointment and a lost opportunity .
Hence leaderships is the most important trait of any successful strategy .
