Types of Managerial Roles Explained

Managers take on three main roles: interpersonal, informational, and decision-making. Interpersonal roles include figurehead, leader, and liaison and involve interacting with people. Informational roles are monitor, disseminator, and spokesperson which deal with scanning, sharing, and communicating information.
