Technique
Setting goals is like having a plan:
Locate specifically where you are going
(long term goal),
Determine how many planned stops to
take along the way (short-term goal),
Assess how many miles to the next
destination (daily goal)
Know alternate routes along the way,
and
Help locate tourist stops en route (you
should always enjoy the journey ).

Mr X went back to the college fully
motivated and talked enthusiastically about
Goal Setting to his friends. They were not
convinced and asked him “How does Goal
Setting help us in Studies and Interviews?”
