Why should there be

Development?
In the era of government now about
economic development want to focus on:

1. food problem
2. marine and fishery issues
3. Poverty problems
4. Industrial problems
5. tourism issues
Infrastructure Development
1. Road

In the last three years, the Jokowi-JK

government has built a new road along 2,623
kilometers (km). Next year, the government
is targeting 1,071 km of new roads and
1,120 km by 2019. Thus, it is expected that
total new road construction in Jokowi-JK era
will reach 4,814 km.
2. Toll Road

The government even targets toll road

development until 2019 will reach 1,851 km.
3. Dams

In three years of his reign, Jokowi-JK has

completed the construction of 9 dams.
Jokowi hopes his government can build 100
dams by 2019, consisting of 70 new dams
and 30 further dams.
4. Bridge

Early in his reign, President Jokowi-JK

targeted 29,859 meters of bridges to 2019.
Now, in its third year, a total of 25,149
meters of bridges have been built.
5. New mass transportation
mode
In addition to building roads and toll roads, the
Jokowi-JK government is also building a new type
of mass transportation :
1. the Light Rail Transit (LRT) of Jabodebek and
Palembang
2. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta.
3. the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train
4. Semi Fast Jakarta-Surabaya Train
5. Soekarno-Hatta Airport Train as well as the
inter-terminal train of Soekarno-Hatta Airport
or SkyTrain.
Development is heavily influenced by development executors, who set the government
and citizens (in the form of support to government policy).
