At the end of the
session, students must be
able to:
Identify the different
landforms.
To give examples of
different landforms.
Plain
a wide and flat land.
Valley
a plain land between the foot
of hills or mountain.
Plateau
a wide plain on to of
a hill or mountain
Mountain
the highest landform, usually
in the form of peak.
Hill
it is lower than mountain
of high mass of land.
A. Learning Stage
a. Exploration (Activity)
The class will be divided into 5
groups.
After grouping, the teacher will give
the jumble words to each group.
Each group will assemble the words
and the first group who will utter the
word will be declared as a winner.
B. Firming Up (Analysis)
Five different forms of lands in the
Philippines:
Plain- a wide and flat land.
Valley- a plain land between the foot
of hills or mountain.
Plateau- a wide plain on to of a hill
or mountain.
Mountain- the highest landform,
usually in the form of peak.
Hill- it is lower than mountain of
high mass of land.
C. Deepening (Abstraction)
The students must listen

about nature, after reading a
story, students will identify
the characteristics of the
different landforms (which is
found in the story).
D. Transferring (Application)
The class will be divided into 5
groups (the same group).
The students will assemble the
puzzle consisting of different
landforms, they will do it as a group.
After assembling the puzzle, they
will show it in front of the class and
tell their classmates what they have
formed and what is it all about.
V. ASSESSMENT
