Tables inside, outside and

There are several televisions


in the restaurant to provide
entertainment.

It has bright lighting inside


but outside during the night
its a little more dim.

Critique of labor force

Server (Natalia) knew the menu and provided


us with several recommendations.

There are no host/hostess.

The servers took about a minute or two to


notice I was standing there not sure where to
seat.

Drink runners promptly provided us with


water and bread for the table.

When I left they thanked me for eating there.

Table

Salt, pepper, paper napkins


and different kinds of sugars.

Silverware handed out after


we sat down.

Menus were already at the


table.

The table was clean as well as


the chairs.

Server Critique

Natalia seemed well trained, knew the menu and


provided us with several recommendations.

She was polite and friendly.

Dressed with uniforms including ties and apron.

She took our drink order first then came back for
the food order.

Suggested a taco salad special and the soups of


the day.

Food was handed out promptly.

Checked table constantly.

Food and Beverage Critique

Food was amazing, it tasted very


good.

We ordered two taco salads, one


with beef, the other with chicken.

Good portion, I would say it was


actually big.

The temperature of the food was


fine.

Well presented.

Restrooms

Odor free

The floor was very clean

Trash cans need to be put


in each cubicle

Prices

A

expensive
compared to what is
expected.

Drinks are $6.45 for


juices and lemonade
which I consider are
actually expensive.

Tip was not included


on the bill, it was
optional.

Find a way to make the


tables and in general
the restaurant look
more sophisticated

General Opinion

Even though I consider the prices are actually


high I would go back because of the service.
Servers and general staff were friendly and
were constantly making sure our dinner was
fine.

The restaurant was clean and as I finished


eating the busboys promptly took away the
dirty plates and brought more water to the
table.
