Marketing

Vehicle By which Material will dispatch and issue
a Loading slip No.
*At that time Vehicle is out side the Plant.
Security

the security person create the Gate Entry No against the
vehicle no and gives permission to in the vehicle.

*The Gate Entry No is the main till the vehicle stay into
the plant
Weigh Bridge

[Link] Bridge staff takes tare weight of the vehicle


against Gate Entry No.
Logistics

[Link] loaded according to loading


slip under supervision of logistic staff
Weigh Bridge

[Link] loaded vehicle is ready to take Gross Weight.


*Multiple Weighment is also possible for the OBD
with same Vehicle (OBD without PGI).
Marketing

[Link] checking all the details(e,g Tare wt ,Grosswt


,Netwt) the marketing people makes PGI of the
materials .After PGI and billing they issue the vehicle Gate Pass.
