Pantaloons Retail(India) Limited, is a large Indian retailer, which is part of the Future Group, Whose MD and Group CEO is Mr. Kishore Biyani, and operates multiple retail formats in both the value and lifestyle segment of Indian consumer market. The companys brands includes Pantaloons, a chain of fashion outlets, Big Bazaar, a hypermarket chain and Food Bazaar, a supermarket chain. The first Pantaloon was opened in Gariahat in 1997 . It has undergone several transitions. This store mostly sold external brands.

Retail ( India) limited was incorporated as Manz Wear Private Limited by Mr. Kishore Biyani on 12 October 1987 , converted into a public limited company in September 1991, renamed as Pantaloons Fashion ( India) Limited a year later and thereafter into Pantaloons Retail(India) Limited in July 1999. Pantaloons Retail was awarded the international retailer of the year 2007 by the U.S. based National Retail Federation (NRF) and the emerging retailer of the year 2007 at the world retail congress held in Barcelona. Pantaloons Retail is the flagship company of Future group, a business group catering to the entire Indian consumption space

CONCLUSION
Footfall analysis according to age:- it is seen that maximum

of the customers are group of 26-35 which is of 38% Key Buying Factor:- it is seen that maximum of the customers key buying factor are group of Price and Promotional offer which are of 20% & 15% respectively. Gender wise analysis. MALE:- :- it is seen that maximum of the male customers are group of Price and Promotional offer which are of 20% & 15% respectively. FEMALE:- it is seen that maximum of the female customers are group of Price and Promotional offer which are of 14% & 17% respectively.
