McDonald's Strategic Change Management

Here are a few thoughts on McDonald's food: - Like most fast food, McDonald's is generally not considered a healthy everyday option due to its high fat, salt, and calorie content. However, eaten occasionally and as part of a balanced diet, it can be enjoyed as a treat. - McDonald's has made some improvements to offer healthier choices like salads, but burgers and fries will likely remain higher in unhealthy ingredients. Moderation is key. - Individual health also depends on factors like overall lifestyle, genetics, etc. So an occasional McDonald's may not be a problem for some, while others may want to limit it more. - For children, nutritionists often recommend limiting fast food
