Lack of pure fresh milk in European cities motivated American Page brothers to found Europes first condensed milk factory in Switzerland in 1866.
Background of Nestl
Anglo-Swiss condensed milk merged in Nestl in 1905. Nestl was expanded in 1929 with the takeover of the Swiss Chocolate maker Peter Cailler and Kohler and in 1988 with the acquisition of Rowntree(Kit Kat , Smarties) Nestl has been collecting milk worldwide for the past 100 years.
About Nestl Milkpak Ltd
Nestl is a food processing company which is registered on the Karachi and Lahore stock exchange . Headquarter is in Lahore. Two of its factories are in Sheikhupura and Kabirwala. One factory in Islamabad Two in Karachi produce bottled water.
