1-Week Healthy Growth Support Routine

This guide focuses on supporting overall health, posture, recovery, and bone strength. It does not
guarantee height increase. Growth primarily depends on genetics and growth plates. Supplement
use should always follow product labels or medical advice.

Monday – Strength & Posture


7:00 AM – Wake up, drink water, light stretching (5–10 mins).
7:30 AM – Breakfast: Protein + carbs (eggs, rice/oats, fruit).
10:00 AM – Light snack: Banana / nuts / yogurt.
12:30 PM – Lunch: Balanced meal (meat/fish, vegetables, rice).
4:30 PM – Exercise (30–40 mins): Squats, lunges, push-ups, planks.
6:00 PM – Dinner: Protein + vegetables + carbs.
9:30–10:30 PM – Sleep (very important for recovery).
