1■Week Routine (School Schedule Version)

This routine is designed to support energy, posture, recovery, and general health for a student with
morning classes. It does not guarantee height increase. Growth mainly depends on genetics, sleep,
and nutrition. Supplement use should follow product labels or medical advice.

Monday to Friday (School Days)


5:00 AM – Wake up, drink water, light stretching (5 minutes).
5:15 AM – Breakfast: Protein + carbs (example: eggs, rice/oats, banana).
5:20 AM – Moringa capsule ONLY if approved by label/parents/doctor. Typically taken with meals.
6:00 AM – School starts.
9:00–9:30 AM – Snack (if allowed): fruit / sandwich / nuts.
11:40 AM – School ends.
12:00 PM – Lunch: Balanced meal (protein + vegetables + rice).
12:05 PM – Moringa capsule (only if label allows multiple doses).
4:30 PM – Exercise (30–40 mins depending on day):

Sunday (Full Rest)


Focus on recovery, relaxation, and good meals.
Gentle movement only if desired.
Prepare for school week, sleep on time.
