 A pleasant afternoon to all.

To formally start our activity for this


afternoon. May I request everyone to please stand for the singing of
the national anthem to be followed by a prayer.

 To acknowledge our participants for this afternoon, may I call on


Forester Catherine Z. Antonio.

 Before we proceed to the orientation proper let us first have the


opening message of our ever supportive City Mayor Hon. Judy Chin
Amante.

 And now let us proceed to the orientation proper. The first topic to
be discussed is City Ordinance 2020-033, known as the Ecological
Solid Waste Management Ordinance of Cabadbaran City it will be
discussed by the author herself, none other than Hon. Inez Rosario A.
Amante.

 Our next topic is City Ordinance 2020-037, known as the No Plastic


Ordinance will also be discuss by its author, Hon. Crestin Joy V.
Bermudez- Delos Reyes.
