Learning Objectives:
1. To understand basic principles of software engineering and why it is important.
2. To understand how to transform problems to efficient software through software engineering
processes
3. To understand software engineering techniques for solving different problems

METHOD OF TEACHING AND LEARNING :


 Classes consist of lectures, class discussions, problem-solving sessions and review of cases
taken from the real world and applicable to specific theoretical concepts.
 E-learning: Students are encouraged to make full use of the online classroom, where they can
ask questions and go over lecture material.
 Use of Google Classroom platform to further support communication, by posting lecture
notes, assignment instructions, timely announcements, and for online submission of assignments.

 Software engineering ninth edition by Ian Sommerville
 Introduction to Software Engineering Second Edition by Ronald J. Leach

All other supporting material will be uploaded on google classroom
