through hands-on competitions and collaborative experiences.

commerce stream students to showcase their marketing skills, creativity, and strategic thinking. By
simulating real-world scenarios, students were provided an opportunity to test their understanding of
marketing principles, branding, consumer behavior, and digital engagement. Organizing an intra-
department event like Marketing Convergence promotes teamwork, leadership, communication
skills, and most importantly, a sense of healthy competition within the student community.
