moves?
They repeated again and again teacher.
That's right! The dance moves are
repeated again and again.
C. ACTIVITY
Alright, class! This time we are going to
watch a fun video about patterns. I want
you to watch and listen carefully. I will
play the video and I will pause it before
the answer is revealed, and you will (Students listen attentively.)
raise your hand to tell me what comes
next. Let’s begin!
(Teacher plays the Patterns Practice
Song (Scratch Garden) video:

(Students watch and listen carefully.)
(The teacher pauses the video just
before the next pattern is revealed.)
Okay, class! Let’s stop here. Look at the
pattern. What do you think comes next?
(Students eagerly raise their hands.)
Yes lyka, what do you think the next
color will be?
Blue square teacher.
Let’s check. Let’s see if you’re right!
(Students watch to see if their answer is

the correct answer.)
(Teacher continues pausing the video
before each answer is revealed, calling
on different students to answer.)
Let’s try another one! Who wants to

D. ANALYSIS
Did you enjoy the activity class?
Yes teacher
What makes a pattern?
It repeats again and again teacher.
Where else do we see patterns?
In nature, clothes, music and numbers
teacher.
Based on our activity, what do you think
our lesson is today?
The repeating pattern teacher.
Very good! Our topic for today is all
about Repeating Pattern.
E. ABSTRACTION
A repeating pattern follows a specific
order that repeats. It can be made of
colors, shapes, numbers, objects, or (students will listen)
movements.
For Example:
Look at my shirt. It has stripes - white,
black, white, black. What kind of pattern
is this? A repeating pattern teacher.
(Teacher claps: Clap, Snap, Clap,
Snap.)
Can you continue the pattern?
(students respond by clapping and
snapping in the correct order.)
Very Good!
Why do you think patterns are
important?
They help us see order in things.
Very good! Patterns help us understand
sequences and predict what comes
next.
That's a cool!
Class, did you understand?
Yes teacher
What is a Repeating Pattern?
Repeating pattern follows a specific
order that repeats, teacher.
That’s a great answer!
Do you have any questions or
clarifications, class?
None teacher
F. APPLICATION
Now, let's work in groups! I will divide
the class into four groups. Each group
will create a repeating pattern using the
materials provided.
(Students move into their assigned
groups.)
Group 1 will use colored paper to make
patterns.
(Group 1 listens and prepares
materials.)
Group 2 will use shapes like circles,
square, and triangles.
(Group 2 listens and prepares
materials.)
Group 3 will use numbers to create
number patterns.
(Group 3 listens and prepares
materials.)
Group 4 will use body movements to
make a pattern. (e.g.. clap, jump,
stomp). (Group 4 listens and prepares
materials.)
Work together, you will present your
pattern to the class after 5 minutes. (Group start working on their patterns.)
(Teacher walks around, observes and
guides groups.) (students continue working)
Time's up let's present our patterns.
Group 1 please go first. (Group 1 presents their color pattern.)
What pattern did you make? We used red, blue, red, blue, so the
colors repeat.
Well done! Group 2, your turn! (Group 2 presents their shape pattern.)
We made 2, 4, 6, 8 the pattern
increases by 2.
Group 3, show your number pattern!
(Group 4 performs their clapping and
jumping pattern.)
Lastly, Group 4, let's see your body
movements pattern.
Fantastic! Everyone did an amazing job.
Patterns are everywhere! Patterns repeat teachers, they help us
predict what comes next.
What did we learn today?
Very Good! Now, let's move to the next
activity.
