7-Day Hair Fall Control & Health Routine for Teens

🌞 Morning Routine
⏰ Wake Up: Aim to wake up between 7:30–8:00 AM. Gradually adjust if you sleep late.
🥤 Start your day with 1 glass of warm water (add soaked sabja seeds or jeera if
possible).
🥜 Eat 5 soaked almonds and 2 dates for essential nutrients.
Breakfast (before 9:30 AM): Choose any one option:
- 1 boiled egg or paneer paratha
- Poha/upma + a fruit (banana or apple)
- Add 1 tsp ghee to your meal

Midday Routine (12 PM–2 PM)


🍱 Lunch:
- Roti + sabzi (focus on green leafy vegetables like palak, methi, lauki)
- Add daal/rajma/chole for protein
- 1 tsp ghee and curd or buttermilk
- Optionally add 1 amla or amla juice (very good for hair)

☀️Evening Routine (5 PM–6 PM)


🍎 Snack:
- 1 seasonal fruit (mango, watermelon, orange, etc.)
- Coconut water or lemon water if possible
Oil Hair (Wed & Sat):
- Use coconut oil + castor oil mix
- Massage into scalp gently for 10 mins
- Leave overnight and wash next morning

🌙 Night Routine
🍽 Dinner (by 8:30 PM):
- Keep it light: roti + sabzi or khichdi
- Avoid junk, fried, and packaged food
💊 Optional: 1 tsp chyawanprash or multivitamin (only after checking with doctor)
📵 Mobile off by 10:15 PM. Relax with music or deep breathing.
🛏 Sleep by 10:45–11:00 PM for hormonal balance and hair recovery
