I will put a circle to “Self-confidence” because I believe that I need to improve it. I know I have
the courage to like communicate but sometimes I don’t. It is very hard for me to have the
confidence because I believe that it will make me a “trying hard” person. Even though sometimes
I never think of what people might think about me, it’s just hard to ignore.

I am a very a resourceful person. I look for a cheaper material as much as possible and sometimes
it turns my work into a horrible sight. Maybe I over use my creativity skills and I think that’s why
I put a circle on to this. I think I need it to improve. It is developed but not too improve.

I’m not too perfect when it comes to decision making. This skill has been always my downside. I
often over think like literally everything— what possibilities might happen if I make a decision
more and more. So that’s why I put a circle on to this. I think that I need this to myself to be
develop. I think it’s developed but not too serious.

1. Plan before starting a business
Every businesses needs a guide or a plan. Possible it might helps in reduces risk, it clarifies the
goals and objectives, and it aligns the resources before executing the business venture. If you don’t
have a clear plan meaning your not taking it seriously, your just waiting for something you may
not have.
2. Manage money wisely
Cash flow is very important on the business. Do tracking of your expenses and also if you may,
avoid unnecessary debt as possible, always know where your money goes. Money is very
important in starting or planning a business, because it’s like a structured building with no metal
inside the concrete.
3. Know your customers
We are here to solve our customers problems, need or wants. Our business exist because we have
them and they have us. Understanding their needs, preferences, and behavior may help us
entrepreneur to keep our goals a success.
4. Be honest in business
Honesty is the best policy, wow. I do believe that trust is our long-term asset as a entrepreneur. It’s
one of our foundation as a person to person. It builds ethical practices, it make us our own
reputation, if your loyal, if your trustworthy our customer makes loyalty to us as well. If your
dishonest, maybe your customers might be avoid doing transaction to your business.
5. Always look for improvement
As an entrepreneur we should always look for improvement, we don’t want to be bankrupt or lose
our business so we should always look for innovation. To stay competitive, we must always look
for another possibilities. We shouldn’t stay for like one business, make more if you can. Find a
ways to expound the business and also be innovative and resourceful.
6. Take calculated risks
One of the characteristics I have is I’m willing to take risk. As a person taking risk might be hard
but if you want a improvement, please do. Anyway we are taking about being an entrepreneur, we
entrepreneur should always take risk, if the risk might get us success then go, if not, then do
research about those risk and see if it is worth risking.
7. Be persistent and disciplined
I have learned this past few weeks in this course, entrepreneurial mind is that, failure is part of the
process. If we want to continue in life we should have courage. Courage is what makes us success.
If we are disciplined and persistent when starting and during the process. We might get the life we
wanted which is success.
