UPSC EPFO Recruitment 2022 consists of an offline written exam and an Interview. A pen & paper based Recruitment Test (RT) to short-list the
candidates for the Interview round. The EPFO Recruitment written test will be held across different exam centres of India. The final selection of a
candidate will be based on the marks obtained in Recruitment Test and Interview. To get selected for the interview, the candidates must practice a
lot of sample papers and score good marks.

UPSC EPFO Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern
UPSC EPFO 2023 Recruitment will be conducted in two stages:
1. Recruitment Test
2. Interview.
Here is the Exam Pattern of the written test:
1. The exam will be held in offline mode i.e. candidates will have answer using pen and paper.
2. The Recruitment test will contain a mixed type of questions.
3. All questions will carry equal marks.
4. The test will be objective-type questions with multiple choices of answers.
5. The medium of the test will be both Hindi and English.
6. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of 2.5 of the marks assigned to that question.

PwD candidates shall be allowed compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour in the RT and facility of Scribe
An Interview will be conducted after the clearance of the Recruitment test.
