Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally apply for an industrial attachment
opportunity at your company as part of my academic requirements.

I am currently a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and


Electronic Engineering at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology. As stipulated by my
course curriculum, I am required to undertake an industrial attachment at the end of my third
year, scheduled to run from 16th of February to end of May.

Through this attachment, I aim to gain practical exposure, enhance my technical skills, and apply
theoretical knowledge acquired in class to real-world engineering challenges. I am particularly
interested in power systems, electronics, telecommunications, maintenance, design and I
believe your organization offers an excellent environment for professional growth and learning.

I am a motivated, disciplined, and eager learner with a strong interest in engineering practice and
teamwork. I am confident that the attachment will not only contribute to my academic
development but also allow me to add value through dedication and a positive work ethic.
