Self-Reflection

Creating my portfolio really opened my eyes on how much growth I achieved


during the creation of my portfolio. Growth is not the only thing that I have
noticed, but also my weaknesses during those times. One of those weakness that
challenged me the most is time management, being a student means different
activities to do in each subjects and managing those is important. But that’s
what I’m bad at, only doing activities one day before the deadline really pushed
me to my limits. Thanks to that experience I finally learned that time
management is important as a student. The strength that my portfolio shows is
how much I understand my growth not just as a student, but also as a person.
Those activities that I had completed represents the growth in skill and potential
that I have inside me that I am willing to develop further. Also my reflection in
each of those activities shows my deep understanding of every activity that I had
made up to this point. And the best output that represents all of my growth as a
HUMSS student is all of it, every single one of those output taught me an
important lesson that I should really remember and share with my fellow HUMSS
students to spread the knowledge and understanding that I have gathered. But
even with all of this, there are still areas that I need to improve. Like the
neatness of my portfolio and my hand writing, without addressing those
problems my portfolio looks unprofessional and not created by a person that has
grown out of his old self. And the design really needs an upgrade to further
enhance the experience and appeal to the person that is checking out my
portfolio and for it to catch their attention.
