Staff Rules
Staff Application Rules
1. Insurance Requirement — You must be able to pay at least 30M+ as insurance before
becoming staff.
2. Vouches Needed — Applicants must have legit vouches to prove trust and experience.
3. Legit Only — Scammers, fakers, or anyone with a bad reputation will be denied instantly.
4. Respect Staff — Don’t argue with other staff members. Handle disagreements privately
and maturely.
5. Respect Members — Always be polite and professional. Don’t be rude, toxic, or
disrespectful toward community members.
6. Active & Helpful — Stay active in the server and help members when needed.
7. No Abuse of Power — Misusing your staff powers will lead to an instant demotion or ban.
Managers Rules
Before You’re Approved as a Middleman!
1. Insurance Requirement — You must pay at least 50M+ as insurance before becoming an
official Middleman. No exceptions.
2. Vouch Requirement — You need at least 10+ legit vouches from trusted members or
servers to qualify.
3. Trust Level Check — Only trusted, verified, and clean members can be approved as MMs.
No scammers, alts, or suspicious users.
4. Verify Their History — Ask for proof of past middleman trades, vouches, or legit rep from
other servers before approval.
5. Never Rush It — Scammers often try to pressure you into “letting them MM real quick.”
Always take your time and verify first.
6. Require Staff Oversight — Every trade handled by a Middleman must be supervised by at
least one admin or moderator.
7. Create a Clear MM Log Channel — All trades must be recorded with screenshots, Discord
IDs, traded items, and confirmation messages.
8. Use MM Rules — Make it official and transparent. Post a Middleman Rules message so
all users understand the process.
9. Show Your Vouches ️— Keep your vouches public and updated so members can
easily verify your trust level.
Admin rules
1. Insurance Requirement — You must pay at least 70M+ insurance before becoming an
admin. No exceptions — this ensures trust and accountability.
2. Legit & Trusted Only — Must have strong vouches and a clean, legit trading history. Any
past scamming, lying, or shady behavior = instant denial or demotion.
3. Respect Everyone — Treat all members and staff with respect. No favoritism, power
abuse, or personal attacks. Admins set the example for others.
4. No Abuse of Power — Never mute, kick, or ban without solid evidence or reason. Misuse
of permissions = instant demotion or blacklist.
5. Stay Professional — You represent the server. Avoid drama, arguments, or toxicity in
public channels. Handle issues calmly and privately.
6. Follow Server Rules — Admins must follow all server rules like everyone else. Being staff
doesn’t put you above them.
7. Communicate with Staff — Always discuss big decisions (bans, role changes, rule
updates) with other admins or the owner before acting.
8. Be Active & Supportive — Stay active, help members, and assist lower staff when
needed. Long inactivity without notice may lead to removal.
9. Keep Logs & Evidence — Record all punishments (warns, mutes, kicks, bans) in the
mod-log with a clear reason and proof. Transparency is key.
10. No Personal Gain — Don’t use your role for personal benefit, self-promotion, or to
influence trades. Admin power is for helping the community only.
11. Protect Privacy — Never leak private staff chats, DMs, or screenshots without
permission. Confidentiality is mandatory.
12. Help the Community Grow — Encourage good vibes, welcome new members, and
suggest ways to improve the server. Admins lead by example.
