As per the current stabled position, one 22 LHB (RCF) rake (Amrit Bharat Rake No.01) is stabled
at VZ from 23.01.2026 and is presently awaiting RB disposal.

In this connection, it is proposed to utilize the available AB rake as a One Way TOD Special to the
Northern part of India for expeditious disposal and productive utilization.

In exchange, MAS has agreed to position one ICF-18 rake to SA Division for deployment in the
proposed CBE–DHN service. The said ICF rake has already reached SA on 16.02.2026.

The above arrangement is being planned in view of the probable inauguration of the CBE–DHN service,
ensuring rake availability and operational readiness.

Approval of HQ is requested for disposal of the VZ stabled RCF rake as proposed.
