My Skincare Routine Schedule

■ Daytime Routine (Every Day):


1. Cleanser
2. Vitamin C serum (or Brightening serum, alternate days)
3. Moisturizer
4. Sunscreen (must every morning)

■ Night Routine (Weekly Plan):


- Monday: Cleanser → Retinol → Moisturizer
- Tuesday: Cleanser → Niacinamide → Moisturizer
- Wednesday: Cleanser → Brightening & Boosting serum → Moisturizer
- Thursday: Cleanser → Retinol → Moisturizer
- Friday: Cleanser → Niacinamide → Moisturizer
- Saturday: Cleanser → Brightening & Boosting serum → Moisturizer
- Sunday: Cleanser → Niacinamide OR just Moisturizer (skin rest)

■■ Important Notes:
- Retinol: Only at night, start 2x per week (Mon & Thu). Increase slowly.
- Never mix Retinol with Vitamin C or Brightening serum in the same routine.
- Always moisturize after Retinol to avoid dryness.
- Sunscreen every morning is a must when using Retinol.
- Niacinamide: Calming and safe to use on non-Retinol nights.
- Brightening serum: Similar to Vitamin C, so alternate instead of doubling.
