On July 22, 2025, Officer-in-Charge JUNDIE L. MERCADO was unable to


report for security duty at VALENZUALA CITY TECHNOLOGICAL COLLEGE
due to heavy flooding caused by a typhoon Crising. As a result, Shift-in-
Charge EMILLIO L. CATEDRILLA JR. rendered 36 continuous hours of
security duty to maintain and ensure uninterrupted post coverage in the
absence of Officer-in-Charge JUNDIE L. MERCADO. This report is filed for
documentation and attachment in Daily Time Record of Security in this
detachment.
