Greetings of peace and goodwill!

I am writing to formally express my sincere interest for reclassification to the Teacher III position.
As an educator with a strong foundation in teaching and a heartfelt commitment to nurturing
student growth, I’m excited for the chance to take the next step in my career and continue
contributing to the success of our learners.

In my six years of teaching until the present, I have been privileged to serve as a Grade 5 teacher
at Saksak Elementary School in Aloguinsan, Cebu. During this time, I have developed and
implemented innovative lesson strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of my pupils.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment has always been at the heart of
my teaching approach.

My background in Elementary Education, along with the 24 units I have completed in my Master
of Arts in Education, and various professional trainings, has equipped me with the skills and
mindset needed to adapt to evolving educational demands. I take pride in my ability to
collaborate with colleagues, engage actively in school initiatives, and continually strive to improve
both instruction and student outcomes.

I firmly believe that the competencies I have gained—from both academic preparation and
hands-on classroom experience—align well with the qualifications expected of a Teacher III.
Enclosed are my pertinent documents for your review and consideration.

opportunity to take on greater responsibilities, serve at a higher capacity, and positively impact
