TITLE OF THE ACTIVITY SCHOOL BASED BSP 2024
PROGRAM
Rationale DO 68, S. 2003 – REVITALIZING THE BOY/GIRL SCOUTING
MOVEMENT IN SCHOOLS. The Scouting Movement, through the
Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) and the Girl Scouts of the
Philippines (GSP), is an effective program in the leadership and value
formation of every child. It helps in building confidence and self-
esteem, learning important life skills and leadership skills, team
building, outdoor adventure, education, and fun! Scouts learn how to
make good choices and to take responsibility for their actions so that
they are prepared for their adult life as independent persons.
Back from the old days, where outdoor activities and ang putting up
tents are some of the highlights of the event. It will strengthen the
brotherhood and camaraderie as it develops a good character,
leadership development, citizenship training, and personal fitness as
well.
Objectives At the end of the 2-day BSP Encampment, the teachers and the pupils
are expected to:
a. enhance, support, and develop boys into well-rounded
individuals with exemplary character.
b. Promote high quality scouting, one that is faithful to the
mission,
principle and methods of Scouting, and is adapted to the
needs and aspirations of
young people.
c. effectively deliver their learnings to the scouts and develop in
them patriotism, character and values worth emulating and the
life’s skill that would bring out the best in them.
Terminal Output a. Scouts would apply basic techniques and work with others to
discover and develop their potential in solving life problems
and situations.
b. Scouts would actively cooperate and involved in every activity.
c. Describe how different leadership will bring differences to the
desired output.

II. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
This is a Two-Day BSP School-Based Encampment 2024 in Jandayugong Elementary School. More
or less twenty-three (23) boys will be the delegates of the said encampment. Various activities will be
undertaken to ensure each of them will show self-resilient from various situations and activities.
