Hey [Name], I really appreciate you taking the time to join this call today. How are you doing?"
(Pause for response)
Optional warm-up questions (choose one or two):
1. "I saw you’re based in [country/city] — how’s everything there lately?"
2. "I was checking out your recent post or project about [topic] — how has that been going for you?"
3. "How’s your week been so far, busy with clients or taking it a bit easier?"
So before we dive into everything, let me quickly set a short agenda for today’s call so we’re on the same
page. So here’s the plan for today — the call will take about 20–30 minutes. My goal is to really understand
your business, how you’re currently generating clients, what’s working well, and where you might be hitting
roadblocks. After that, I’ll walk you through how our systems at Salenex work, and we’ll see if it makes sense
to explore further opportunities.
By the end of the call, we’ll both know whether this is a fit or not — and either way, you’ll leave with more
clarity about your client acquisition process. Does that this sound good to you?
C -Clarify
To help me understand where you’re coming from — what made you open to taking this call today?
Can you tell me a bit more about your business? What’s working well and what isn’t right now?
And if we zoom out a bit — what would you say your bigger goals are for the next 6–12 months? Maybe in
terms of revenue, client numbers, or freeing up your own time?
L –Label
So as I am hearing you are at A and you want to achieve B.
So, based on what you’ve shared, what would you say is your single biggest challenge right now when it comes
to getting your goals consistently?
(Label the problem they are facing, this can be a short line)
O – Overview DIG DEEPER
What held you in the past to not solve this problem? How did you handle it on day to day or month to month
basis? Have you tried anything in the past to fix this? Maybe agencies, human setters, ads, or other methods?
And let me ask you this — if this problem isn’t solved in the next 3–6 months, what kind of impact would that
have on your business?
How much do you think that this is costing you on a monthly basis? Do you think that you are loosing
opportunities right now?
What does your client acquisition look like? Is there a lot of manual work getting to those people?
What are your priorities right now? What would an ideal solution look like for you?
Can you walk me through your current process of lead generation and when you think about it — what do you
feel is missing the most from your current approach? Is it volume, quality of leads, consistency, or something
else?
