This portfolio represents my journey as a student in which you can find different activities
like grammar of different topics. This Portfolio is a product of my learning process. I hope
you like it.

Hello, this is Brisa Jara. I am 21 years old and I was born in San Juan del Oro, Sandia-Puno. I
am studying geographic engineering at Villarreal University. My hobbies are dancing
caporales and doing exercises at the gym. I enjoy learning new things and improving my
skills, even when it requires patience and hard work. Now, I would like to become an English
teacher to help other students to learn this amazing language that could open different
opportunities in their life.

In conclusion, this portfolio reflects not only my academic work but also who I am as a
student and as a person. It shows my effort to learn, improve, and grow through different
activities and experiences. I hope this portfolio helps others understand my learning journey,
my interests, and my goals for the future, especially my desire to continue learning and to
help others through education.

1. It could be due to genetics, such as being the child of a scientist or the child of
someone with a high IQ. For people with high IQ we can see it in childhood and the
other form to be very intelligent is studying and reading books.

Stephen Hawking was one of the most influential scientists of the 20th
century.
Stephen Hawking born on January 8, 1942, in Oxford, England, United Kingdom. He
was a well-known physicist and cosmologist, best known for doing his job despite
his severe physical limitations. In 1962, Hawking moved to Cambridge University to
study his doctorate in mathematics and physics. This period marked the beginning of
his academic career, which later will be focused on black holes and the origins of the
universe. Before he had discovered Hawking radiation in 1974, he had been
diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) in 1963 at the age of 21.
Although doctors expected him to live only a few years, he exceeded all predictions.
After he had lost his voice in 1985, he communicated using a technological chair. In
1988, he published “A Brief History of Time”, which became a global success.
Hawking died in 2018, leaving an extraordinary scientific legacy.

 Luz Delia, my mom, is the strongest person in the world

Luz Delia, my mom, is the strongest person I know and a true example of perseverance. She
was born in a small town in the jungle of Puno (Yanahuaya) with limited resources and far
from the modern world. When she was very young, her mother died, so she had to take care
of her younger siblings. My mom met my dad at 18 years old, and they got married when she
was 20. Sadly, their first baby died in the first month of life, but later they had four children.
They lived happily for 15 years until my dad was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in 2017
and passed away in 2019. After that, my mom took care of her children on her own. In short,
even though the road was full of obstacles, with effort and courage, she achieved emotional
and financial stability. For all these reasons, my mom is my greatest inspiration and the best
person I know.
