Main Building
1. FOUNDATION:
For column, earthwork of size 5’-0”X 5’-0”X6’-0” for column footing as
per architect drawing.
2. FOUNDATION CONCRETE:
Cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal 4”thick for column
footing
3. SUB STRUCTURE:
R.C.C. 1:2:4 M20 Grade isolated column footing with necessary
reinforcement (16MM RTS+ 8MM dia rings for the size of 12”X24”
column as per architect structural drawings.
4. BASEMENT:
Brickwork basement in c.m 1:6 mix using Solid Blocks 8” tk | 5’ feet
height from the natural ground level Only Main Buildings.
5. PLINTH BEAM:
9”x18” size plinth beam provided at ground level as per design using 16
RTS and 8 mm rod rings in R.C.C 1:2:4 MIX M20 Grade with HBG 20
mm metal.
6. SUPER STRUCTURE:
Main Building: Brick work in c.m. 1:6 mix using Solid Blocks up to 12’
feet height from the basement level 8” wall except toilet walls.
7. R.C.C. LINTEL:
Continuous lintel in R.C.C. 1:2:4 mix M20 Grade 4 Inch Tk using 2-10
RTS, 2-10 RTS and 8MM rod rings if necessary or cut lintel may be provided.
8. SUNSHADE AND LOFT:
R.C.C sunshade will be provided only top of the window 2’0”wide will
have one loft of 2’0” wide expect hall & bath.

Grade 5” thick using necessary reinforcement (i.e.) Single Mat Concrete 10
RTS and 10 RTS Rods. All R.C.C items as per architect structural drawings.

R.C.C Flooring For 17,570 [Link] - 1:2:4 mix M20 Grade 10” thick using
necessary reinforcement (i.e.) Double Mat Concrete 10 RTS and 10 RTS Rods.
All R.C.C items as per architect structural drawings. Machine Poliching finish.
10. PLASTERING:
a) Plastering with c.m. 1.5 mix ½” thick for inside with
smooth finishing.([Link])
b) Outer wall plastering with c.m.1:6 with rough
finishing.([Link])
11. TOILET FINISHING:
18” X 12” size plain Glazed tiles finishing upto door height 7’ 0” level in
wall and floor size as required by 12” x12” ceramic tiles.
12. ROLLING SHUTTER Main Building:

13. PAINTING:
a) Painting 2 coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer for all

colour for Asian paints Tractor emulsion.
e ) Outer painting 1 coat super cem,1coat primer,2 coat Ace emulsion

a. Concealed pluming works using threaded branded pipes CPVC
Brand specials will be provided.
b. Common Toilet Indian closet with one tap.
