Dry Van (DV)
Specifications:
Length can be 48ft. or 53ft.
Swing Doors
Air-ride: Better for delicate cargo,
smoother ride
Maximum Payload: 44,000–45,000 lbs
Rental Rates & Pricing Structure
Rental Rates:
$550-$600 for 1 month
$1000-$1150 for 2 months
$1500-$1800 for 3 months
Pricing Structure:
We’ll charge clients according to their need if
they are renting the trailer for only 1 month we
will charge them basic price ($550-$600) but if
a client agrees to pay for 2-3 months at once we
can give them the discounts. Now it’s upto you
guys how you negotiate with them for the rate
and how you convince them for 2-3 months
rentals.
Deposite & Insurance Terms
Deposite/Upfront Charges:
There is no upfront or deposite charges for any of
the trailer. Clients will only have to pay the rental
price to rent the trailer after he has picked up the
trailer. And there are no hidden charges or fee for
anything else then the rental price.
Insurance Terms:
All the damages to the trailer will be cover by
our insurance company clients will not have
to pay for anything else than tires.
Tires will be cover by the clients company in
case of flat/brust tires.
Our company is not responsible for any
damage to the tires.
Lead Generation Process
1) Email Marketing:
Send promotional emails to potential
clients.
Highlight available trailers, rates, and
special offers.
Include contact info and quick inquiry
links.
2) Data Scraping (Broker Snapshots):
Collect data from freight broker
platforms to find potential clients.
Organize by company, contact, and
freight type.
We will also provide you the client
leads.
