mentally at emotionally, para sa panibagong school year.
Feel free to register muna, get settled, and mingle with your fellow students. Maya-maya, we’ll

Session 1 – Learning Techniques (1:30 – 2:15 PM)
"To start our learning journey, Our First speaker a young woman whose brilliance, grace, and
determination have made her one of the most inspiring figures of her generation.
She is from San Roque, Bato, Catanduanes, a graduate at Catanduanes State University, where
she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Not only did she complete her degree with
distinction—she graduated with the highest General Weighted Average (GWA) 1.341 in the
entire university, a testament to her academic excellence and unwavering dedication.
Beyond the classroom, she has shown remarkable courage and poise. In 2022, she joined
the Mutya ning Bato pageant, where she was crowned as Festival Queen, inspiring others with
her story of personal growth and quiet strength. She also represented CatSU in the PASUC V
regional competition, where she was crowned Ms. CatSU PASUC V, proudly raising the
university’s flag on a regional stage.
She is not just a scholar or a queen—she is a role model for young Calolbonganons who strive to
balance intellect, humility, and ambition.

Session 2 – Your Mental Health Matters (2:15 – 3:00 PM)
"Next, we’ll talk about something na madalas natin nakakalimutan
Hindi lang pala SOLID, LIQUID at GAS ang Matter also — our mental health also Matters
Our speaker is a proud graduate of the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta – Las Piñas
Campus, where she earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her background in
mental health and human behavior complements her ongoing commitment to leadership and
community involvement.
She currently serves as the Finance Head of two impactful organizations: the Young Leaders
Initiative and the San Andres Volunteers Network, where she helps shape programs that develop
the next generation of changemakers.
At present, she is also a Legislative Assistant at the Office of Councilor Joal Cocjin, where she
works behind the scenes to support policies and projects that uplift the local community.
With her strong advocacy for mental health, civic engagement, and youth leadership, she is here
today to share her knowledge, her experiences, and her heart.

Session 3 – Finding Meaning Beyond Grades and GWAs (3:30 – 4:15 PM)
Our third speaker is a dynamic and community-driven youth leader from San Andres,
Catanduanes. He first gained recognition as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson of
Barangay Carangag, where his leadership was honored as one of the Outstanding Filipino
Youth Leaders of the Year at the 4th Asia Pacific Luminare Awards, held at Okada Manila.
That same year, his youth organization’s initiative, Project Silyab, was a finalist in the
prestigious Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) Awards, where he presented
before a 22-member panel at the Philippine Senate
He is also known for his active participation in youth-led governance and anti-corruption
initiatives. He has been involved in national movements that empower young Filipinos to
promote integrity and transparency in public service
In 2022, he ran as an independent candidate for Municipal Councilor in San Andres,
continuing his commitment to grassroots governance and youth empowerment. His advocacy
centers on transparency, community resilience, and inclusive development.
And in 2025, he once again stepped forward to serve—filing his candidacy in the local elections,
continuing his mission to represent the voices of the youth and the underserved.

Political Science taong 2022, to tell us more about the topic, “Don’t Forget to Remember” –
