What is weight?
Weight is the heaviness of a person or thing, it is a vector quantity which
gives a force downwards. To get weight you have to multiply the mass of
the object by the gravitational force, then you will get a number which
has a unit of N (Newtons).
How does weight affect us in professional sports?
Weight plays a pivotal role in professional sports, influencing an athlete's
performance across diverse disciplines. From maintaining optimal
power-to-weight ratios in activities like weightlifting to achieving peak
endurance in long-distance running, athletes strategically manage their weight
