Steps to setup Mantra MFS110(L1) Fingerprint Scanner

Step 1: Go to [Link]

Step 2: Select MFS110(L1)

Step 3: Click driver and download

Step 4: Click RD Service and download windows version


Step 4: Go to downloads, click and install both the installers.

Step 5: Go to C: -> Program Files -> Mantra -> RDService -> MFS110

Step 6: Find [Link] right click and open properties

Step 7: Go to security tab and click edit

Step 8: Click users and tick full control, click apply and click ok
Step 9: Now open [Link] using a notepad and put PP instead of P

Step 10: Save and close the [Link]


Step 11: Plug your MFS110(L1) if not already plugged in and wait for system to detect the device.

Step 12: If it tells to unplug and plug again please do it as it guides.

Step 13: After sometimes the device will say “Framework is ready to use”.

If anything goes wrong please unplug and plug the device once.

Step 14: Wait for the prompt to close and you are ready to use the fingerprint scanner.
