IMPORTANT: North Dakota Jobs
When someone asks if we are located in North Dakota, do not say that we are from the area nor
use the downtown phrase.
Please respond by saying:
"We are a dispatching company but the driver we'll assign for the service is located in North
Dakota."
\When a client is hesitant about paying upfront, use the following:
-“I completely understand wanting to feel comfortable with payment. We actually don’t
charge your card upfront, we just place a temporary authorization to confirm the funds
are available. Nothing is captured until the job is finished and you’re happy with the
service. This way, you’re protected, and we can confidently send a driver out knowing
everything is set.”
