Role Overview
We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our growing technical team. You’ll
help support the development, optimisation, and innovation of our AI-driven
tech stack – including C#, Azure, SQL, Blazor, and generative AI integrations.
You’ll report to the Technical Lead and gain hands-on experience across the full
stack, working with modern technologies in a collaborative, fast-moving
environment. It’s a high-growth business with a strong commercial foundation
and an exciting future.
A key requirement is being confident in your own coding ability – especially in
C# – without needing to lean heavily on AI tools. That said, this is a fantastic
opportunity to explore, research, and implement AI tools where they add real
value.
Key Responsibilities
Development and Maintenance
● Contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of platform
features and integrations using C#, Azure, SQL, Blazor, and AI tooling.
Technical Problem Solving
● Tackle coding challenges, debug issues, and propose improvements
confidently, without overreliance on AI.
AI Tooling Adaptation
● Explore and adopt AI-based development tools where appropriate, with
support and guidance from the Technical Lead.
Code Quality & Security
● Write clean, maintainable code and help maintain platform security and
compliance standards.
Team Collaboration
● Work closely with the Technical Lead and others to align on project goals
and deliverables.
Continuous Learning
● Seek feedback, stay curious, and invest in growing your skills in line with
the team’s evolving tech and business priorities.
Key Qualifications
Technical Skills
● 2+ years’ experience (either professionally or through strong personal
projects) using C#, Azure, SQL, and ideally Blazor. A portfolio or clear
demonstration of coding ability is essential.
Coding Independence
● Able to write, debug, and problem-solve without needing constant AI input
– confident in your foundation as a developer.
Willingness to Adapt
● Open to working with AI tools and exploring where they add value to the
development process.
Security Awareness
● Awareness of basic data security and privacy best practices.
Communication
● Clear communicator who works well within a team and contributes
positively to a collaborative environment.
