Part I: The Ceremony Begins
To our PSDS of Barili II, Dr. Margarita A. Nierra, my fellow school heads , Masters Teachers,
esteemed guests starting up from the LGU our very own young and dynamic municipal Mayor
Hon. John-john F. Garcia and to our Barili II FPTA President Mrs. Luz Fatima Mae B. Jimenez,
and to our hard-working district personnel, a very wonderful morning!
"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way." This quote perfectly
captures the essence of today's event. We are gathered here to celebrate and honor the dedicated
leaders who are at the forefront of our educational community. Ladies and gentlemen, please rise
and give a resounding round of applause to the visionary leaders of our district Barili, as they
grace us with their presence in their processional.
(The emcee waits for all the School Heads to be seated before moving to the next part.)
MC: To officially begin our program, may I ask everyone to rise and give a warm round of
applause as we welcome our dedicated and passionate school heads in their Processional.
(Music swells as the school heads walk in and take their seats.)
Part II: The Formal Program
MC: Please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National, to be followed by the
prayer, the Sugbo hymn and Barili Hymn.
I. National Anthem: We will now sing the Philippine National Anthem.
II. Prayer: (The MC bows their head and invites everyone to do the same.) Let us all be
united in prayer.
III. Sugbo Hymn & IV. Barili Hymn: (The MC gestures for everyone to remain standing.)
We will now sing the Sugbo Hymn, to be followed by the Barili Hymn.
(The MC waits for the hymns to conclude before speaking again.)
MC: You may now be seated.
V. Welcome Message: To formally welcome us all to this significant event, we are honored
to have a highly respected leader and who becomes one of the pillars of Guibuangan Central
School community to give his welcome message, Mr. Mariano E. Sta. Cruz Jr.,.
VI. Rationale: Thank you, sir for that very warm and truly welcoming message. Now, to
enlighten us the purpose of this gathering this morning may I call on the man of wisdom and
dedication, Mr. Gil B. [Link] secondary school heads president.
VII. Presentation of School Heads and their New Assignment:
MC: At this point, we will formally present our newly assigned school heads and their new
assignments. May we request that all school heads please rise.
A. Elementary School Heads: (The MC reads the names of all the elementary school heads
with their new assignments.)
B. Secondary School Heads: (The MC reads the names of all the secondary school heads
with their new assignments.)
MC: Congratulations to all our newly assigned school heads. You may now be seated.
VIII. Installation Rites and Oath of Office: We are now at the heart of our program. To
officiate the installation rites and administer the Oath of Office, we are truly honored to have
a guiding force in our district,despite her busy schedule, she really finds time to come here
this morning, our ever gorgeous yet resilient Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr.
Margarita A. Nierra.
IX. Acceptance Speech: Congratulations once again to all of our newly installed leaders! To
speak on behalf of her colleagues and share a message of commitment and hope, may we
hear an acceptance speech from the dedicated and hard-woeking Principal II of Malolos
Elementary School, Mrs. Analiza T. Villarin.
X. Intermission number: What a truly inspiring message. To give us a moment of creative
expression and delight us with his talent, we are privileged to have a gifted educator and
performer from Sayaw Elementary School, Mr. Agapito A. Alga, for his intermission
number.
XI. Message of Support: Thank you for that wonderful performance. We will now receive
messages of support from our partners in the community. First, from the Local Government
Unit, represented by our young,dynamic and very supportive Barili Municipal Mayor,
Honorable John-john F. Garcia.
MC: Thank you, Mayor. And from the school community, representing the voice of our
parents and a passionate advocate for our students, we have the FPTA President of Barili II,
Mrs. Luz Fatima Mae. B. Jimenez.
XII. Closing Remarks: We are nearing the end of our formal program. To deliver the final
message and officially conclude our ceremony, may we call on a seasoned and respected
educator from Guibuangan Central School, Mr. Gerardo A. Panugaling.
XIII. Acknowledgement and Photo Opportunity: Thank you, sir. And with that, we have
come to the end of our program. On behalf of the organizers, we extend our heartfelt
gratitude to everyone who graced this occasion. May we invite all the newly installed school
heads, guests, and organizers to the front for a photo opportunity. Thank you and have a great
