Managerial Hierarchy
This is the managerial hierarchy in its simplest form.
Museum Director: The top boss. In charge of everything and reports
to the Board.
Department Heads: The main managers. Each leads a big area like
Collections, Education, or Operations.
Managers & Coordinators: The team leaders. They run the day-to-day
activities for their specific area.
Specialists & Support Staff: The experts and doers. They are the
curators, educators, and admin staff who do the core work.
Interns & Volunteers: The helpers. They support the staff and help
with tours and events.
