We Faith Grace P. Cabrera, Oliver B. Calapardo, Shanice A. Catayong, Jella Mae G. Ignacio, Clyde Jayson M.
Omeles, Mykee Allyn D. Sobrecarey, and Ariel S. Torcino are senior high school students at Cateel Vocational
High School, under the track of General Academic Strand (GAS); currently, we are conducting a study as a
partial requirement for the subject Practical Research I.
We would like to invite you as one of our participants in this research and further, to express gratitude for your
voluntary acceptance to participate in our research study with the title: The Lived Experiences of Frequently
Late Senior High School Students: A Phenomenological Study. The valuable time and insights that you will
share in the In-Depth Interview (IDI) will greatly contribute to the success of this academic undertaking, which
aims to describe the phenomena of frequent lateness among senior high school students.
This IDI is estimated to last from 30 minutes to one hour and will be done through a face-to-face interview and if
there are areas you want to clarify, you may ask questions anytime during the interview. Also, as researchers,
we assure you that all information gathered for this IDI will be treated with the highest confidentiality and will not
be used in any way that may harm you or make you uncomfortable.
